Oleg Yakushin provides Pomodoro Tale for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Apple TV. The timer and one scene are free; other scenes are available through optional in-app subscriptions. This policy explains the data used by version 2.0 and later.
Timer settings, session progress, selected scenes, music choices, volume preferences and welcome-guide completion are stored on your device. Timer sessions are independent on each device. The app does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, contacts or location.
Scene videos, backgrounds, music and atmosphere sounds are bundled with the app. ElevenLabs was used to create some bundled audio assets. The app does not contact ElevenLabs or send it user data.
Optional session notifications and Live Activities use Apple system features. The app requests notification permission when needed. Live Activities can show the timer on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island; you can manage their visibility in system settings.
Apple processes in-app payments. Pomodoro Tale does not receive your payment-card details.
The app uses RevenueCat to verify purchases, determine Premium access, restore subscriptions and understand subscription activity. RevenueCat processes purchase and transaction information, subscription status, an app-generated anonymous user identifier, and technical app and device information needed to provide its service. The app does not attach your name or email address to that identifier.
The paired iPhone can share its anonymous RevenueCat user identifier with Apple Watch through Apple’s WatchConnectivity framework so that the Watch can request the same Premium access. Apple purchase restoration supports access on your other supported Apple devices.
The app does not use advertising identifiers or track you across other companies’ apps and websites for advertising.
See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy for information about their services.
If you contact the developer by email, your email address and the information you choose to send are used to respond to your request. Do not include payment-card information or passwords in support requests.
Local app preferences remain on the device until you reset or remove the app, subject to Apple’s device backup and restore settings. Subscription records are processed by Apple and RevenueCat to operate and restore purchases and meet their applicable retention obligations. Removing the app does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
You can contact the developer about access to or deletion of information held in connection with a support request or an anonymous RevenueCat identifier. Purchase records may need to be retained by the payment and subscription providers. The app does not offer an app account to delete.
The app relies on Apple system services and RevenueCat for purchases and uses their protected network connections. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. External links are operated by their respective providers and are covered by those providers’ privacy policies.
The app does not request children’s personal details and does not provide social profiles, messaging or advertising. If you believe a child has supplied personal information in a support request, contact the developer so it can be addressed.
